Sweet and Spicy Brussel Sprouts

I could eat roasted Brussel Sprouts daily, so I am always looking for new flavors to mix in. I was overjoyed when Trader Joe’s brought in the brand new Organic Spicy Honey Sauce. I knew this would be the perfect addition to some crispy Brussel Sprouts! These Sweet and Spicy Brussel Sprouts have a tiny bit of heat and a little sweet and are the ideal addition to any meal!

Brussel Sprouts crisp up perfectly the smaller they are, so I always start by cutting the ends off my Brussel sprouts and then cutting them in half. Once they are chopped, toss them in a bowl with a tablespoon of avocado oil and then salt and pepper the sprouts. Place the oiled and seasoned sprouts on a baking pan and put them in a preheated 450-degree oven for 15-20 minutes. When the sprouts are brown and crispy, they are finished cooking. While the sprouts are cooking, mix together two tablespoons of Organic Spicy Honey Sauce, two teaspoons balsamic vinegar, one tablespoon avocado oil, and one-half teaspoon salt. As soon as you pull the Brussel sprouts out of the oven, toss them in your sauce and serve immediately!!
