Simply Baked Chicken Parmesan

The flavors of traditional chicken parmesan are something my family craves. However, the fried, breaded version is unhealthy, and we struggle with the gluten factor that is then incorporated. This version is not only much faster but also much healthier. The chicken is already marinated and thinly sliced, so it will cook up in an instant! Your family will love the flavors, and you will enjoy the ease!!





Start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees. Lay the TJs Pesto Genovese Chicken Breast out on a baking pan. Once the oven is preheated, pop the pan in to bake. Allow these to bake for 15-20 minutes. They are thinly sliced, so it does not take long to cook.


Once they are finished cooking, top with TJs Bruschetta Sauce, and sprinkle with TJs Quattro Formaggi cheese blend. Place under the broiler for approximately less than a minute or until the cheese is melted.





Give these bad boys a minute to rest once you take them out of the oven and then plate them. These simple "chicken parmesan" go great with some steamed broccoli and a Caesar salad!! I hope you enjoy them as much as we do!!


FYI, you can also marinate the thinly sliced chicken breasts with the vegan pesto and use the mozzarella style cashew shreds for a dairy-free version!!

1 Package of TJs Quattro Formaggi
