Philadelphia Sushi Bowl

Do you remember my Spicy Tuna Sushi Bowl? Well, this one is my kids' favorite take on it. My kids love a Philadelphia roll which is basically just rice, smoked salmon, and cream cheese. This sushi bowl takes those same "Philly" flavors, adds in a few extra flavors and veggies, and makes it easier and faster than ordering sushi carry-out!

The base of this bowl is the new TJs Organic Jasmine Rice, but you can use Cauliflower rice or even a noodle if you prefer! Whatever you choose your base to be, prepare it first. While your rice/noodle is cooking, get to chopping. Chop your TJs Everything But the Bagel Seasoned Smoked Salmon. Next, cube your cream cheese block, chop your Teeny Tiny Cukes (or cucumber of choice), bell peppers, avocado, and green onions (sorry, I forgot to put those in my picture of ingredients.)

Once the rice is finished cooking, line the bottom of your bowl with the rice and place your remaining ingredients on top! I like to line them up so you can see everything, but you can plate however you think looks best! Finally, sprinkle a little Nori Komi Furikake Japanese Multi-Purpose Seasoning on top along with some Coconut Aminos or Soy Sauce and dig in!!
