This one sheet-pan-meal has flavors plentiful yet is about as simple as it comes. The TJs Shawarma Beef Sirloin is marinated perfectly with abundant Mediterranean spices and flavors and because it is a thin cut, it cooks quickly alongside your vegetables! The vegetable choices are endless, but I like to use things that will roast well alongside the steak.
You will start by preheating your oven to 450 degrees. Lay the steak out on a large sheet pan and surround with veggies. On this particular day, I used butternut squash, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, teeny tiny potatoes, and red onion. I drizzle the veggies with a little avocado oil and season sufficiently with Everyday Seasoning. Once the oven is preheated, place the entire pan in the oven for 10-15 depending on how “done” you’d like your steak. Bring the pan out and let the steak rest for about 5-10 minutes, then slice the steak. While the meat and veggies are cooking, steam or microwave some rice.
To plate, I like to add the rice to the middle of the plate, then fill the rest of the place with meat and veggies. Then, to finish the flavors, drizzle a little TJs Avocado Tzatziki Dip over the top, add a little lemon juice to brighten the flavors and dig in!! This plate is savory and bright all at the same time!! Enjoy!!
