The buffalo flavor without all the guilt
Buffalo Roasted Brussel Sprouts
This can either be a side or I personally like to eat this as a meal when the kids are craving something like boxed mac and cheese! It fulfills all my cravings for wings! Preheat your oven and pan in a 400 degree oven. Then, start with a bag of brussel sprouts and chop the ends and halve. Or if you’re crunched for time, grab the already halved and seasoned brussel sprout packs. Then, toss with 1 Tablespoon of avocado oil and salt and pepper to taste. Throw them on your preheated pan and place back in your oven. Let these roast for about 20-30 minutes depending on your desire for crunchy sprouts. Then toss with the TJ hot sauce (or preferred wing sauce), candied pecans and goat cheese.
1 bag of brussel sprouts
1 Tablespoon avocado oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Hot sauce,
1 bag of candied pecans
1 container of crumpled goat or blue cheese
Okay these were a HUGE hit at my house. The goat cheese and pecans are the perfect addition!
